Founded in Mauritius in 1999, QuEnSH Academy is a leading training and consultancy firm specialising in Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health management systems. With over 25 years of experience, we have guided more than 150 organisations across Mauritius and 15 countries in Africa and the Indian Ocean region to first-time certification and accreditation.

Our story

QuEnSH Academy was established with a single purpose — to make world-class management system standards accessible to organisations of all sizes. What began as a local consultancy has grown into a regionally recognised training and certification partner, with assignments spanning Africa, the Indian Ocean, and beyond. Over the decades we have worked with manufacturers, government bodies, hospitals, schools, airlines, shipping companies, and food producers — bringing the same rigour and commitment to every engagement.

What QuEnSH means

QuEnSH stands for Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health — the four pillars of modern organisational excellence. We believe certification should never be a box-ticking exercise. Our process starts with a free presentation to your top management team, followed by a thorough gap analysis and a tailor-made proposal. We then work alongside your team through system development, documentation, training, internal audits, and management review — until you are fully prepared for third-party certification. After certification, we continue to support you so the system remains effective and sustainable long after we leave.
